Shipping
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order from your Orders page.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. If something isn't right, we make returns simple.
What can be returned?
- Items returned within 15 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- In original packaging
What cannot be returned?
- Sale items (final sale)
- Items marked as non-returnable at purchase
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items without original tags or packaging
To initiate a return, email returns@theoptimist.in with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
Size Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges on all full-price items within 15 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and preferred size, and we'll arrange the swap at no extra cost.
